An Act providing for the coordination of long-term care services, for consumer education, advocacy, information and referral, for independent comprehensive assessment of functional need for care, for access to long-term care options, for purchase of long-term care services and for monitoring of in-home service quality and consumer satisfaction; and conferring additional responsibilities on the Department of Aging and area agencies on aging.
