Short Title:
An Act amending the act of November 22, 1995 (P.L.621, No.66), entitled "An act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, defining "police officer"; further providing for buying or exchanging Federal food order coupons, stamps, authorization cards or access devices and for fraudulent traffic in food orders; prohibiting the operation of certain establishments; providing for local option; and making repeals," further providing for an effective date.
