Short Title:
An Act amending the act of November 30, 1965 (P. L. 847, No. 356), entitled "Banking Code of 1965," providing for certain direct and indirect extensions of credit to individuals, partnerships and unincorporated associations; authorizing direct extensions of credit to finance installment sales of goods and services to be made through sellers and contractors as intermediaries; further providing for certain interest rates; and providing for compliance with Federal law regarding availability of withdrawal of items deposited.
