A Supplement to the act of July 9, 1990 (P. L. 350, No. 80), entitled "An act providing for the capital budget for the fiscal year 1990-1991," itemizing public improvement projects, furniture and equipment projects, transportation assistance projects, flood control projects and redevelopment assistance projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Resources or the Department of Community Affairs, together with their estimated financial costs; authorizing the incurring of debt without the approval of the electors for the purpose of financing the projects to be constructed or acquired or assisted by the Department of General Services, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Resources or the Department of Community Affairs; stating the estimated useful life of the projects; making appropriations; and making repeals.
