Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 343, No. 176), entitled, as amended, "The Fiscal Code," further providing for what may constitute a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Project; appropriating funds for debt service on redevelopment assistance capital projects; limiting the amount of such projects which can be approved; and deleting the Redevelopment Assistance Sinking Fund.
