Short Title:

An Act amending the act of May 28, 1937 (P. L. 1053, No. 286), entitled "Public Utility Law," removing the cost of fuel adjustment from the sliding scale of rates for certain public utilities; limiting the fuel cost adjustment for natural gas and providing a preference for residential customers of natural gas and for a study in incremental pricing systems for nonhistoric natural gas and special purchases of natural gas.
