Short Title:
An Act amending the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," approved March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), further providing for tax liens and enforcement thereof and providing that the exemption afforded to corporations organized for manufacturing, processing, research or development purposes does not apply to such companies as enjoy and exercise the right of eminent domain.
