An Act amending the act of June 27, 1996 (P.L.403, No.58), known as the Community and Economic Development Enhancement Act, codifying the State Tax Equalization Board Law into the act; further providing for creation of board, for membership, for general powers and duties and common level ratio; providing for publication of information by board funding contingency; and making a related repeal.
