An Act amending the act of June 2, 1915 (P.L.736, No.338), known as the Workers' Compensation Act, further providing for the Workmen's Compensation Administration Fund, for the definition of "defaulted self-insurer" and for the Prefund Account; and making appropriations from the Workmen's Compensation Administration Fund.
