AN ACT
Amending Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations)
of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in foreign
associations, further providing for termination of
registration.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 419(e) of Title 15 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, added November 3, 2022 (P.L.1791,
No.122), is amended to read:
ยง 419. Termination of registration.

(e) Transitional provision.--Subsection (a)(3) shall apply
with respect to annual reports due on or after [January 3, 2026]
January 4, 2027.
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
