apply to Congress for a convention under the provisions of
Article V of the Constitution of the United States to propose an
amendment to the Constitution of the United States requiring
that the Supreme Court of the United States be composed of nine
justices; and be it further
RESOLVED, This application shall be considered as covering
the same subject matter as the applications from other states to
Congress to call a convention limited to proposing an amendment
to the Constitution of the United States of America to require
that the Supreme Court of the United States be composed of nine
justices; and be it further
RESOLVED, This application shall be aggregated with the same
for the purpose of attaining the two-thirds of states necessary
to require Congress to call a limited convention on this
subject, but shall not be aggregated with any other applications
on any other subject; and be it further
RESOLVED, This application shall constitute a continuing
application in accordance with Article V of the Constitution of
the United States of America until the legislatures of at least
two-thirds of the several states have made applications on the
same subject; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be transmitted to
the President and Secretary of the United States Senate, the
Speaker, Clerk and Judiciary Committee Chairperson of the United
States House of Representatives, each member of the Pennsylvania
delegation to Congress, the President pro tempore and Secretary
of the Senate of Pennsylvania, the Speaker and Chief Clerk of
the House of Representatives of Pennsylvania and the presiding
officers of each house of the state legislatures requesting
their cooperation in applying for a Convention limited to the
