AN ACT
Providing for the review and implementation of executive orders
issued by the President of the United States.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Executive
Order Review Act.
Section 2. Review and implementation of executive orders.
(a) General rule.--The General Assembly may review any
executive order issued by the President of the United States, if
the executive order has not been affirmed by a vote of the
Congress of the United States and signed into law, as prescribed
by the Constitution of the United States. Upon review, the
General Assembly may, by a majority vote of either chamber,
recommend to the Governor and the Attorney General that the
executive order be further examined by the Attorney General to
determine the constitutionality of the order and to determine
