AN ACT
Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in sustainable mobility options,
further providing for operating program.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1513(d) of Title 74 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 1513. Operating program.

(d) Local match requirements.--

(3.1) Notwithstanding paragraph (3), for fiscal years
2020-2021 and 2021-2022, funding received from the
Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act of 2020
(P.L. 116-136, 134 Stat. 281), referred to as the CARES Act,
shall qualify as local matching funds.
