AN ACT
Designating the bridges, identified as Bridge Keys 25808 and
25810, carrying Interstate 80 over Pennsylvania Route 173,
Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County, as the Representative Roy
W. Wilt Bridge and designating the interchange of Interstate
80 with Pennsylvania Route 173, known as Exit 24, in Wolf
Creek Township, Mercer County, as the Senator Roy W. Wilt
Interchange.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Representative Roy W. Wilt Bridge.
(a) Designation.--The bridges, identified as Bridge Keys
25808 and 25810, carrying Interstate 80 over Pennsylvania Route
173, Wolf Creek Township, Mercer County, are designated as the
Representative Roy W. Wilt Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridges to
traffic in both directions on the bridges.
Section 2. Senator Roy W. Wilt Interchange.
(a) Designation.--The interchange of Interstate 80 with
Pennsylvania Route 173, known as Exit 24, in Wolf Creek

Township, Mercer County, is designated as the Senator Roy W.
Wilt Interchange.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the
interchange to traffic in both directions on the interchange.
Section 3. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
