AN ACT
Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in Veterans' Organizations, further
providing for grants to veterans' service officer programs.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 9304 of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 9304. Grants to veterans' service officer programs.

(a.1) Transfer.-- Of the money received by the Commonwealth
under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117-2,
135 Stat. 4), $1,000,000 shall be transferred to the department
for use under this section.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
