AN ACT
Designating a bridge on that portion of T.R. 413 over the
Raystown Branch of the Juniata River, Juniata Township,
Bedford County, as the Army Specialist Four Harold Phillip
Grasser Memorial Bridge.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Army Specialist Four Harold Phillip Grasser Memorial
Bridge.
(a) Findings.--The General Assembly finds and declares as
follows:
(1) Army Specialist Four Harold Phillip Grasser served
with the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a
native of Manns Choice.
(2) Army Specialist Four Grasser was killed in action on
August 30, 1968.
(b) Designation.--The bridge located on T.R. 413 on Grasser
Road in Juniata Township, Bedford County, on that portion of

Grasser Road over the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River at
the intersection of New Baltimore Road, is designated the Army
Specialist Four Harold Phillip Grasser Memorial Bridge.
(c) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to
traffic in both directions on the bridge.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
