AN ACT
Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in ethics standards and financial
disclosure, further providing for investigations by
commission.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1108(m) of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 1108. Investigations by commission.

(m) Limitation of time.--The commission may conduct an
investigation within five years after the discovery of the
alleged occurrence of any violation of this chapter.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
