AN ACT
Providing for reporting allegations of fraud relating to the
2020 general election and imposing duties on the Auditor
General.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the 2020 General
Election Fraud Reporting Act.
Section 2. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall
have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Election." The general election held on November 3, 2020.
Section 3. Reporting.
(a) Duties of Auditor General.--Within seven days of the
effective date of this section, the Auditor General shall
establish the following for an individual to report allegations
of fraud relating to the election:

(1) A telephone hotline.
(2) A form on the Auditor General's publicly accessible
Internet website.
(b) Receipt of report.--A report alleging fraud relating to
the election received under subsection (a) shall be reviewed by
the Office of Auditor General, and if suspected wrongdoing is
found, the report shall be transmitted to the Attorney General
and the district attorney of the county in which the fraud is
alleged within two business days of receipt of the report.
Section 4. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
