AN ACT
Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in military leave of absence, further
providing for military family relief assistance.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 7319(h) of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 7319. Military family relief assistance.

[(h) Expiration.--This section shall expire June 30, 2020.]

Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
