AN ACT
Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, providing for taking of
bobcats prohibited.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 2363.1. Taking of bobcats prohibited.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there shall be no
open season for the taking of bobcats in this Commonwealth.
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
