AN ACT
Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in juries and jurors,
further providing for compensation of and travel allowance
for jurors.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 4561 of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 4561. Compensation of and travel allowance for jurors.

(a.1) Parking.--Each county shall provide a person summoned
to serve as a juror parking free of charge for the period of the
summons.
* * *
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
