AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for
special registration plates.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1341 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 1341. Special registration plates.

(d) Corporate logo fleet registration plates.--
(1) Upon request by a corporate fleet applicant, the
department is authorized to issue distinctive corporate logo
registration plates for fleets with more than 100 vehicles
based and registered in this Commonwealth.
(2) The applicant for a corporate logo registration
plate shall pay a one-time administrative fee of:
(i) $6,000 for fleets with more than 100 vehicles
and up to 199 vehicles.

(ii) $5,000 for fleets with 200 vehicles or more.
(3) Fleets issued corporate logo registration plates
shall enter into an agreement with the department.
(4) Corporate logo registration plates are renewable
upon payment of a fee of:
(i) $20 for each apportioned or individual motor
vehicle logo CORPORATE LOGO REGISTRATION plate.
(ii) $11 for each trailer with a corporate logo.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days JULY 1,
2021.
