AN ACT
Designating the highway interchange of U.S. Route 422 with
Pennsylvania Route 66, Manor Township, Armstrong County, as
the Senator Donald C. White Interchange.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Senator Donald C. White Interchange.
(a) Findings.--The General Assembly finds and declares as
follows:
(1) Senator Donald C. White dedicated 18 years to
serving his community and this Commonwealth in the Senate.
(2) Senator White, born August 5, 1950, is a former
Republican member of the Senate representing the 41st
District, which includes Indiana County, Armstrong County and
parts of Butler County and Westmoreland County.
(3) In 2000, Senator White, an independent insurance
broker with more than 20 years of experience in the industry,
won the election for the 41st District Senate seat.
