AN ACT
Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, further providing for
unlawful devices and methods.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 2308 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 2308. Unlawful devices and methods.

(a.1) Turkey calling.--Notwithstanding any other provision
of law, during the 30 days immediately prior to the spring
gobbler season a person may not call a turkey with a call that
mimics the sound of a hen turkey.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
