AN ACT
Making appropriations from the Cigarette Fire Safety and
Firefighter Protection Act Enforcement Fund to the Attorney
General for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, and for
the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the
close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Section 101. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Appropriation
Act of 2019 - Cigarette Fire Safety and Firefighter Protection
Act Enforcement Fund.
PART III
CIGARETTE FIRE SAFETY AND FIREFIGHTER PROTECTION
ACT ENFORCEMENT FUND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR 2019-2020
Section 301. Appropriations from Cigarette Fire Safety and
Firefighter Protection Act Enforcement Fund.
The following amounts, or as much thereof as may be

necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Cigarette Fire
Safety and Firefighter Protection Act Enforcement Fund to the
Attorney General for the purposes specified in this part for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, and for the payment of bills
incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2020.
Section 302. Attorney General.
The following amounts are
appropriated to the Attorney
General: Federal State
For Cigarette Fire Safety and
Firefighter Protection Enforcement.
State appropriation....... 50,000
PART V
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Section 501. (Reserved).
Section 502. Effective date.
This act shall take effect July 1, 2019, or immediately,
whichever is later.
