AN ACT
Making appropriations from the Ben Franklin Technology
Development Authority Fund to the Department of Community and
Economic Development for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
2019, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining
unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Section 101. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Appropriation
Act of 2019 - Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority
Fund.
PART III
BEN FRANKLIN TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
FUND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR 2019-2020
Section 301. Appropriations from Ben Franklin Technology
Development Authority Fund.
The following amounts, or as much thereof as may be

necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Ben Franklin
Technology Development Authority Fund to the Department of
Community and Economic Development for the purposes specified in
this part for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, and for
the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close
of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020:
Section 302. Department of Community and Economic Development.
The following amounts are
appropriated to the Department of
Community and Economic Development: Federal State
For the Ben Franklin Technology
Development Authority Fund.

PART V
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Section 501. (Reserved).
Section 502. Effective date.
This act shall take effect July 1, 2019, or immediately,
whichever is later.
