AN ACT
Making appropriations from the General Fund to the Government
Support Agencies for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019,
and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at
the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Section 101. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Appropriation
Act of 2019 – Government Support Agencies.
PART III
GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 301. Appropriations from General Fund.
The following amounts, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, are hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the

part for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, and for the
payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

The following amounts are
appropriated to the Legislative
Reference Bureau: Federal State
For the salaries, wages and all
necessary expenses for the work of
the Legislative Reference Bureau,
including the Code and Bulletin
section.
State appropriation....... 9,191,000
For the Pennsylvania Bulletin
and Pennsylvania Code and related
expenses.
State appropriation....... 867,000
Section 372. Legislative Budget and Finance Committee.
The following amounts are
appropriated to the Legislative
Budget and Finance Committee: Federal State
For the salaries, wages and all
necessary expenses for the work of
the Legislative Budget and Finance
Committee.
State appropriation....... 1,977,000
Section 373. Legislative Data Processing Committee.

For salaries, wages, other
personnel expenses, operating
costs, contracts, equipment,
software, other incidental expenses
and costs associated with the
operation of the Legislative Data
Processing Center, including an
allocation of $2,309,000 to each of
the Senate Republican and
Democratic Caucus computer services
departments for the payment of
operating costs, contracts,
equipment, software, other
incidental expenses and costs at
the direction of the respective
caucus staff administrator, and an
allocation of $8,355,000 to the
House of Representatives Republican
Caucus Computer Services Account,
and an allocation of $5,355,000 to
the House of Representatives
Democratic Caucus Computer Services
Account for the payment of
operating costs, contracts,
equipment, software, other
