AN ACT
Amending Title 64 (Public Authorities and Quasi-Public
Corporations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in
Commonwealth Financing Authority, further providing for
board.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1512(c) of Title 64 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 1512. Board.

(c) Meetings.--The board shall meet on the second Tuesday of
every other month, beginning with January, and may meet at the
call of the chairperson.
