AN ACT
Amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), entitled "An
act relating to the public school system, including certain
provisions applicable as well to private and parochial
schools; amending, revising, consolidating and changing the
laws relating thereto," in the State System of Higher
Education, further providing for project contracts.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 2003-A.1 of the act of March 10, 1949
(P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, is
amended by adding a subsection to read:
Section 2003-A.1. Project Contracts.--* * *
(g) Contracts entered into under the provisions of this
section shall not be subject to review under section 204(f) of
the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L.950, No.164), known as the
"Commonwealth Attorneys Act." The contracts entered into under
this section shall be made available to the public by listing
them with the Treasury Department in accordance with Chapter 17
of the act of February 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the
"Right-to-Know Law."

Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
