A RESOLUTION
Recognizing April 26, 2018, as "Take Our Daughters And Sons To
Work Day" in Pennsylvania to coincide with the 25th annual
national and international observance.
WHEREAS, The House of Representatives affirms the
significance of maximizing communication, inclusion and outreach
in our workplaces and communities; and
WHEREAS, "Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Day" is a
unique educational experience for the benefit of boys and girls
between 8 and 18 years of age; and
WHEREAS, More than 40 million children, young adults, parents
and mentors are participating in 2018 "Take Our Daughters And
Sons To Work Day" events at more than 3 million workplaces in
the United States and abroad on the fourth Thursday in April;
and
WHEREAS, The Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation,
a nonprofit organization promoting public awareness of
