AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for
issuance of registration card.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1308(a) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
ยง 1308. Issuance of registration card.
(a) General rule.--The department, upon registering a
vehicle, shall issue to the registrant a registration card which
shall contain the registration number assigned to the vehicle,
the name and address of the registrant and the name of the
owner, if other than the registrant, a description of the
vehicle including the make, model, year and vehicle
identification number, the expiration date and such other
information as may be determined by the department.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
