AN ACT
Amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in parking authorities, further
providing for special provisions for authorities in cities of
the first class and for management of authority funds in
cities of the first class; and, in taxicabs and limousines in
first class cities, providing for expiration.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Sections 5508.1 and 5510.1 of Title 53 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
subsections to read:
§ 5508.1. Special provisions for authorities in cities of the
first class.

(q.2) Expiration.--This section shall expire June 30, 2018.

§ 5510.1. Management of authority funds in cities of the first
class.
* * *
(i) Expiration.--This section shall expire June 30, 2018.

Section 2. Title 53 is amended by adding a section to read:
§ 5710.1. Expiration.
This chapter shall expire June 30, 2018.
Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
