AN ACT
Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in enforcement, authorizing waterways conservation
officers to enforce trespass laws.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 901(a) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 901. Powers and duties of waterways conservation officers and
deputies.
(a) Waterways conservation officers.--Every waterways
conservation officer shall have the power and duty to:

(18) Enforce all laws of this Commonwealth relating to
trespass.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
