AN ACT
Amending Title 37 (Historical and Museums) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in powers and duties of Pennsylvania
Historical and Museum Commission, further providing for
sites.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 303 of Title 37 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 303. Sites.
The commission shall have the power and duty to:

(8) Free admission to United States Armed Forces.--Upon
presenting proper identification as determined by the
commission, provide free admission to historic property to
all of the following:
(i) An active duty member of the United States Armed
Forces.

(ii) A retired military member of the United States
Armed Forces.
(iii) A veteran of the United States Armed Forces
who is 100% service-related disabled as certified by the
United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
(iv) An immediate family member of an individual
listed under subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii).
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
