AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in rules of the road in general, providing for
limitation on use of parking lots and gas stations for
turning.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 3337. Limitation on use of parking lots and gas stations for
turning.
The driver of a vehicle, after being stopped for a red
indication light at a traffic-control signal before the green
indication is exhibited, may not turn the vehicle through a
parking lot or station that sells liquid fuels so as to proceed
in a direction of a roadway that passes through the traffic
light other than the direction of the roadway in which the
vehicle has stopped.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
