A RESOLUTION
Amending the Rules of the Senate, further providing for
resolutions.
RESOLVED, That Rule 29 of the Rules of the Senate of
Pennsylvania be amended by adding a subsection to read:
Rule 29. Resolutions.

(a.1) Limitation.--A Senator may not introduce more that 10
resolutions during a term. For purposes of this subsection, a
resolution shall not include a joint, concurrent or condolence
resolution, a resolution directing the work of a legislative
agency or a resolution altering, changing or amending a Senate
rule.
