AN ACT
Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in ethics standards and financial
disclosure, further providing for statement of financial
interests; and, in lobbying disclosure, further providing for
registration.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Sections 1105(b) and 13A04(c) of Title 65 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
paragraphs to read:
§ 1105. Statement of financial interests.

(b) Required information.--The statement shall include the
following information for the prior calendar year with regard to
the person required to file the statement:

(11) The name of any immediate family member required to
register as a lobbyist under section 13A04 (relating to
registration).

§ 13A04. Registration.
* * *
(c) Lobbyist.--A lobbyist who is required to register under
subsection (a) shall file a single registration statement
setting forth the following information with the department:

(10) Name, job title and employer of any immediate
family member that is required to report the information
required under section 1105(b)(6) and (7) (relating to
statement of financial interests).

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
