AN ACT
Making a supplemental appropriation from the General Fund to the
Department of Human Services for the purpose of medical
assistance payments to critical access hospitals for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Appropriation.
For fiscal year 2015-2016, the sum of $5,676,000 is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Human
Services for medical assistance payments to critical access
hospitals.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
