AN ACT
Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in administrative practice and
procedure, providing for annual limitation on expenditure
from Motor License Fund.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 74 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 304. Annual limitation on expenditure from Motor License
Fund.
Beginning in fiscal year 2016-2017 and each year thereafter,
not more than $500,000,000 may be expended or transferred from
the Motor License Fund for the purpose of the operations of the
Pennsylvania State Police.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
