A RESOLUTION
Honoring BAYADA Home Health Care for 40 years of providing in-
home care.
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care was founded in January 1975
in Philadelphia by Mark Baiada; and
WHEREAS, It has been the mission of BAYADA Home Health Care
to help people have a safe home life with comfort, independence
and dignity for the past 40 years; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides nursing,
rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice and assistive care services
to children, adults and seniors in their homes nationwide; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care is the largest provider of
pediatric home health care for medically fragile children in
this Commonwealth; and

WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides services in 64
counties in this Commonwealth and is expanding; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care employs 10,827 caregivers
who serve 26,003 clients in this Commonwealth; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care employs 37,719 caregivers
who serve 115,000 clients nationwide; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor BAYADA Home
Health Care for 40 years of providing in-home care services with
compassion, excellence and reliability to the residents of this
Commonwealth; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be transmitted to
BAYADA Home Health Care, 1880 J.F.K. Boulevard, 7th Floor Suite
720, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
