AN ACT
Designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 741 over the
Conestoga River, between Pequea Township and Lancaster
Township, Lancaster County, as the Corporal Eric M. Torbert,
Jr., Memorial Bridge.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Corporal Eric M. Torbert, Jr., Memorial Bridge.
(a) Findings.--The General Assembly finds and declares as
follows:
(1) Corporal Eric M. Torbert, Jr., was a 2003 graduate
of Penn Manor High School.
(2) Cpl. Torbert enlisted with the United States Marine
Corps on September 5, 2007, and served as a combat engineer
assigned to the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine
Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, based at Camp
Pendleton, California.
