AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in miscellaneous provisions, further providing for
duty to give information and render aid.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 3744 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 3744. Duty to give information and render aid.

(d) Penalties.--A violation of subsection (a) or (b) shall
result in suspension of the operating privilege of the driver
for six months.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
