AN ACT
Amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in administrative practice and
procedure, providing for limitation on use of Motor License
Fund.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 74 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 304. Limitation on use of Motor License Fund.
Not more than the following amounts may be appropriated or
transferred from the Motor License Fund for the purpose of the
operations of the Pennsylvania State Police:
(1) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, not more
than $625,000,000.
(2) For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, and for
each fiscal year thereafter, not more than $500,000,000.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
