AN ACT
Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, providing for
antlerless deer licenses.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 2706.3. Antlerless deer licenses.
No licensed person is eligible to receive more than three
antlerless deer licenses in any license year, except in
accordance with regulations promulgated by the commission
providing for additional licenses as part of a localized deer
management effort.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
