AN ACT
Making an appropriation from Federal augmentation funds within
the General Fund to the Department of Education for the
purpose of Individuals with Disabilities Education-Local for
the fiscal year July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The following sum, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, is specifically appropriated from Federal
augmentation funds within the General Fund to the Department of
Education for the fiscal year July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016,
for the purpose and in the amount shown:

Section 2. Except as otherwise provided by law, the
appropriation in this act unexpended, uncommitted or
unencumbered as of June 30, 2016, shall automatically lapse as
of that date.
Section 3. This act shall apply retroactively to July 1,
2015.
Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
