AN ACT
Designating a portion of Byberry Road between Warminster Road
and Orangemen's Road in Montgomery County as the Major
Jeffrey Toczylowski Memorial Highway.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Major Jeffrey Toczylowski Memorial Highway.
(a) Findings.--The General Assembly finds and declares as
follows:
(1) A native of Upper Moreland Township, Major Jeffrey
Toczylowski graduated from Archbishop Wood High School in
Warminster.
(2) Major Toczylowski was commissioned in 1995 as a
second lieutenant through the Reserve Officer Training Corps
program at Valley Forge Military Academy.
(3) In 1997, Major Toczylowski graduated from Texas A&M
