AN ACT
Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in lobbying disclosure, further
providing for prohibited activities.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 13A07 of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 13A07. Prohibited activities.

(a.1) Political action committee.--A lobbyist may not serve
as a treasurer or other position which holds the ability to make
financial decisions of a political action committee as defined
in section 1621 of the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320),
known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, if the lobbyist
represents a principal that participates in the political action
committee or a principal that has formed the political action
committee or if the political action committee substantially
represents the interests of a principal.
