3WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care was founded in January 1975
4in Philadelphia by Mark Baiada; and

5WHEREAS, It is the mission of BAYADA Home Health Care to help
6people have a safe home life with comfort, independence and
7dignity; and

8WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides nursing,
9rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice and assistive care services
10to children, adults and seniors nationwide; and

11WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care is the largest provider of
12pediatric home health care for medically fragile children in
13this Commonwealth; and

14WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care cares for their clients 24
15hours a day, seven days a week; and

16WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care makes it possible for

1millions of people worldwide to experience a better quality of
2life in the comfort of their own homes; and

3WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care has three core values
4consisting of compassion, excellence and reliability; and

5WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care believes that their clients
6come first, their employees are their greatest assets, building
7relationships and working together are critical to their success
8as a company of compassionate caregivers and they must
9demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times; and

10WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care serves more than 22,620
11clients annually in this Commonwealth; and

12WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care employed more than 11,330
13individuals in this Commonwealth in 2013; and

14WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides services in 63
15counties and is expanding; therefore be it

16RESOLVED, That the Senate honor BAYADA Home Health Care for
1739 years of providing in-home care services to the residents of
18this Commonwealth; and be it further

19RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to

21Philadelphia, PA 19107.
