1Amending Title 58 (Oil and Gas) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in development, further providing for well
3reporting requirements.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 3222 of Title 58 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 3222. Well reporting requirements.

10(e) Steel products report.--The following shall apply:

11(1)  The department shall create a centralized database
12on its publicly accessible Internet website which includes
13the data reported under subsection (b.1)(2)(ii).

14(2)  Access to the data provided in the centralized
15database shall not be subject to a fee.

16(3)  In determining the country of origin under this
17subsection for a product containing both foreign and United
18States steel, the product shall be determined to be a United

1States steel product only if at least 75% of the cost of the
2articles, materials and supplies have been mined, produced or
3manufactured in the United States.

4Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
