1Making appropriations from the Philadelphia Taxicab and
2Limousine Regulatory Fund and the Philadelphia Taxicab
3Medallion Fund to the Philadelphia Parking Authority for
4fiscal year July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015.

5The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6hereby enacts as follows:

7Section 1.  The sum of $7,072,000 is hereby appropriated from
8the Philadelphia Taxicab and Limousine Regulatory Fund to the
9Philadelphia Parking Authority for the fiscal year July 1, 2014,
10to June 30, 2015.

11Section 2. The sum of $500,000 is hereby appropriated to the
12Philadelphia Parking Authority from the Philadelphia Taxicab
13Medallion Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 2014, to June 30,
142015.

15Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2014, or
16immediately, whichever is later.
